Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Policy


1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that processing time may vary during peak seasons or for custom-made items.


2. Shipping Methods and Timeframes

We offer several shipping options based on your location. Estimated delivery times and costs will be provided at checkout. Please note that delivery times are approximate and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.


3. International Shipping

For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply upon arrival in the destination country. Customers are responsible for any additional charges imposed by customs.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email to track the status of your shipment.


5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Returns and Exchanges Policy


1. Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Items purchased from Rebranded Ranch are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery.


2. Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Personalized or custom-made items may not be eligible for return unless there is a defect or error on our part.
  • Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team via email at rebrandedranch@rebrandedranch.com within the specified return period. Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange.


4. Refunds and Credits

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees will apply unless the return is due to an error on our part.


5. Exchange Process

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item separately.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.
